CASE STUDY: 3D modelling of Underground Utilities and Topographical features at Bro Havard Estate, D

A comprehensive range of surveys was required within a short time frame with the additional challenge of a very busy location.

THE CHALLENGE

Denbighshire County Council are regenerating a number of local authority housing estates and infrastructure in and around St Asaph in North Wales.

Part of these works required accurate 3D modelling of above and below ground features and infrastructure to allow for design works and project planning to take place.

Works needed to be carried out with all roads remaining open and with limited disruption to residents.

Tony Onyeogo, Topographical Surveyor, explains “Our client had a very clear and thorough specification for the project with a strict delivery deadline in place, our teams worked well together to exceed our client’s expectations and secure further work as a result.”

OUR SOLUTION

* Rock Surveying deployed multiple teams to ensure that the work was carried out as swiftly as possible.

* Rock Surveying delivered full 2D and 3D models of the area.

* Rock Surveying exceeded client expectations on deliverables and speed of issue.
